Ta-Da Splash!

Here’s an easy way to elevate your drink presentation when entertaining friends and family.

 

1) Before serving our tasty cranberry Ta-Da wine, skewer some cranberries on a fancy toothpick and freeze them overnight.

 

2) Place the skewers in the glass for an extra touch of festive color and to keep your drink extra cold!

 

3) Top with a splash of Sprite and you’ve got Ta-Da Splash!

Santa Maria Sicilian Sunset

2 c. ice cubes

1 c. Santa Maria Parasol

1 c. orange juice

1. c. cranberry juice

2 lemons, zested

Mix ice cubes, wine and juice in a pitcher, pour into a champagne flute and sprinkle with lemon zest.

Santa Maria Peach Punch or Mimosa

1 chilled bottle of Santa Maria Peach be with you or Santa Maria Parisian Peach
1/2 gallon orange juice

 

Mix together, and add a couple of mint leaves. Slice fresh peaches on top (optional).


If making by the glass: fill your glass half with wine, and half with juice.

Santa Maria Eves End Hot Drink

1 bottle Santa Maria Eves End

Equal amount apple cider

1 Tbsp. whole cloves

4 cinnamon sticks

Red Hots (to taste)

Sugar (to taste)

 

Mix all ingredients and place in crock pot to warm.

For single serving:  fill half glass/mug with Eves End and half with apple cider. Add cloves, cinnamon, and Red Hots (to taste), and heat in microwave.

Santa Maria Very Berry Sangria

1 bottle of your favorite Santa Maria Red wine (ex. Lincoln Highway, My Blackberry, Ringneck Red)

1/2 c. raspberries (fresh or frozen)

1/2 c. blackberries (fresh or frozen)

1/2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1/2 c. strawberries (fresh or frozen)

1/2 c. sugar (to taste)

1 12oz. bottle ginger ale

 

Mix wine, berries and sugar together, refrigerate overnight. Add bottle of ginger ale just prior to serving. Pour over ice.

Santa Maria Frontenac Gris Sangria

1 bottle Santa Maria Frontenac Gris, chilled

1 c. sugar (or to taste)

2/3 c. orange juice

1/4 c. lime juice

 

Blend all ingredients, except wine in container, stirring well. Add wine, stir, and pour over glass with ice. Garnish each glass with several slices of lemon, lime, strawberry, or pineapple.

Santa Maria Red Wine Hot Chocolate

1 c. Santa Maria ChocoBerry wine (or any Santa Maria dry red wine)

1 1/2 c. 2% milk

1/3 c. dark chocolate chips

 

Combine milk and chocolate chips in a medium saucepan. Whisk constantly over medium heat until chocolate is melted and blended into milk. Add wine and heat until hot. Pour into 2 mugs. Enjoy!

 

Optional: Sprinkle with cinnamon or cayenne pepper for a spicy variation. Depending on your taste, you can substitute milk chocolate or semi-sweet chips for the dark chocolate.
